Inventory Associate

An inventory associate helps keep merchandise counts accurate and organized in a Queens warehouse, stockroom, or retail storage area. Core responsibilities often include receiving deliveries, checking items against packing lists, labeling products, stocking shelves or bins, recording counts, reporting discrepancies, and helping with cycle counts or audits. The position calls for careful attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to use scanners, handheld devices, or simple tracking systems as assigned. Candidates should be comfortable working independently or with a team and following established inventory procedures. Physical demands commonly include standing for long periods, lifting and carrying moderate weights, bending, and moving items safely.
